ABOUT KEVIN
My life has
offered me some great experiences from growing up in New
York, living and working in Manhattan, moving to San
Francisco and finally my best choice was to settle in
Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota has been a part of my life since
1972 and I have watched Sarasota grow over the years into a
fantastic small city. Sarasota offers the perfect
lifestyle and it gives me great pleasure to show people this
beautiful area. Since becoming a Realtor, I realize that my
past experience has prepared me perfectly for my chosen
career.
I have been
working with the public all my life from a family owned Day
Camp growing up, management to corporate held positions with
a major retail company and owning my own business in
Sarasota. Which I developed into quite a success, being
voted "Best of the Best," by the readers of Sarasota
Magazine two years running. My skills in management,
sales, customer service and more have prepared me well for
my career in Real Estate.
My focus will
always be to satisfy the needs of my clients by using my
knowledge and values. Working with people has been the most
satisfying part of my professional career. When working
with buyers and sellers in real estate, my focus stays the
same for the first time homeowner to the more experience
premiere homeowner and properties.
